Wish is a global e-commerce platform that connects hundreds of millions of merchants and consumers across the world.

I supported the Wish Business & Sales team to create digital marketing - print, and web assets for merchant (B2B) sales.

Merchant Brochure

The Wish business team asked to design and print this brochure in a short time for a global merchant conference with over 25k attendees. This brochure was created to convey important information and capture the attention of the audience and encourage them to sign up.

Merchant Postcards

The postcards were a vital part of every merchant conference or event and I had to make sure that all content was curated for the individual niche conferences, whether it was clothing, toys, or electronics.

 

Wish Pitch Deck Design

I designed, edited, and updated slides for the 'Wish for Merchants' pitch deck for new and potential merchants while working within the brand guidelines.

Merchant Storefront banners

I created custom brand-focused banners and mockups for the Wish storefront to entice potential Merchants to sell their products on Wish. These personalized slides were compiled in the Wish Pitch Deck and presented to the clients.

Social Media Asset Mockups

To convince merchants that Wish is a great place to sell and boost their product visibility, I mocked up assets, including graphics and copywriting. These assets were a key selling point on the Wish Pitch Deck.

 

Wish x Mattel - Splash Page

Mattel asked different design teams at Wish to create a splash design for their brand’s merchant page on Wish.com; I created some fun options featuring bright colors and popular toys. Out of all the designs presented, they chose my iteration (purple background) and I collaborated with developers using Figma to get this shipped.

Wish Merchants Invitation Email

The intention of this email graphic was to serve as an introduction to Wish and get merchants to sign up on the platform; ideally, we would send this out after conferences and meetings.

Outcome & Key Takeaways

 

• Wish gained significant exposure and visibility from conference attendance.
As a result, they received 65% of new merchant signups within 8 weeks time span.

• Successfully onboarded top brands such as Mattel and Forever 21 with effective and personalized pitch deck design.
